How to Quit Sugar?

Don’t quit sugar. Stop Being Sweet instead.

Anyone can do it, why not you?

Stop Being Sweet is an interdisciplinary project that works to re-story our positive attitudes towards sugary junk food.

This website used to be a blog with ten years worth of blog posts, a sugar addiction quiz, and an ebook that showed you how to get off sugary junk food. Unfortunately I had to move web servers, and also had to switch content management systems. It was a nightmare!

All of my information had to be moved and migrated, and I had to completely change how I build and manage my website. Then I moved. And life...

Now I’m bringing Stop Being Sweet back, but in a slightly different form. I’m glad you’re here, and I hope you return to watch the new version of this website grow.

Happy Halloween!

If you’re here because you thought of me on Halloween, thank you. Say hello! I ate sugar in 2022, but not too much. Right now I am eating some junk as usual for Halloween, then I will start being sugar-free again on November 3rd. I have a new sugar-abstinence plan for 2023, and that includes rebuilding the SBS community.
